We're looking for an IT Support Technician Level 1.5 (MSP) to join our growing team. This role bridges basic helpdesk support with advanced troubleshooting, providing a path toward a fully-fledged Level 2 position in our company. If you're proactive, customer-focused, and eager to learn, this role could be the perfect fit!In the IT Support Technician Level 1.5 (MSP) role, you'll provide day-to-day support for desktops, servers, and networks, supporting end-users remotely and occasionally on-site. You'll handle escalated Level 1 tasks while being exposed to more complex troubleshooting and project work under the guidance of senior team members.
