We are seeking a driven IT Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll take full responsibility for the on-site IT operations, network management, and security infrastructure at our NYC office. You'll play a critical part in maintaining a secure, efficient, and compliant IT environment while collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to manage both day-to-day IT support and long-term projects like cybersecurity alert triage, network maintenance, compliance initiatives, and access control audits.   • Manage on-site IT operations, including hardware, network, and security infrastructure.
  • Implement and maintain automation for key IT and compliance tasks, streamlining processes.
  • Triage and remediate cybersecurity alerts from threat detection systems, ensuring prompt incident response.
  • Oversee network management, including active-active network stacks and on-site security controls.
  • Manage identity and access controls, conducting quarterly access audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Support the IT side of the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage SaaS applications from a security perspective, including Google Workspace, Okta, Duo, and MDM systems.
  • Prepare for and support critical audits, including SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 readiness assessments.
  • Drive continuous improvement of compliance activities and IT best practices.
  • Support all AV setups and systems, ensuring seamless integration for meetings and events.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for IT-related issues on-site, providing timely support and troubleshooting.

  • Have strong experience in IT systems administration, network management, and security compliance.
  • Are knowledgeable in security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, NIST, CIS, GDPR).
  • Are familiar with identity and access management, network security, and endpoint management tools.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and have a hands-on approach to IT operations.
  • Can communicate technical issues and processes clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Are proficient in managing IT projects, from implementation to continuous improvement.
  • Operate efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are quick learners.

Base SalaryThe base salary range is between $80,000 - $100,000 annually. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
