What you will do: Use your skills to make a difference by becoming a part of one of the best and oldest animal welfare organizations! Here's how:

• Monitor network and server systems for functional and performance problems;
• Coordinate with Managed Services helpdesk to address requests from ARL staff, perform and monitor the completion of routine maintenance, and monitor the health of ARL network;
• Assist in developing plans for technological advances;
• Troubleshoot desktop problems and escalate as needed.
