Job Description:
Position SummaryThe IT System Administrator is responsible for network and systems services as assigned, including ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting. This individual will provide assistance to users with a variety of computer hardware and software.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Administration of the Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure, configuration, and security.
  • Monitor server performance, data backups, and security issues.
  • Administration of Microsoft Office 365, SQL, SCCM/Intune, RemoteApp application virtualization, and other IT related technologies.
  • Administration of Virtual Server Configuration; primarily working within a VMware and AWS environment, performing move and add changes.
  • Write and use basic PowerShell scripts that are designed for Enterprise systems administration and Automation.
  • Assists with audits on existing software to verify authorized use and license certification.
  • Remain up-to-date on products available in the market through regular training and research; support new technologies.
  • Disaster Recovery Testing; working with multiple departments in testing disaster recovery plans.Education & ExperienceKnowledge of:
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Networks and systemsAbility to:
      • Maintain confidentiality of Bank and customer information
      • Work with associates at all levels
      • Problem solve
      • Maintain visual attention and mental concentration for extended periods of time
      • Perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressuresEducation and Training:
        • Requires 3 or more years of Information Technology experience.
        • Server+, Network+, MCITP, MCSA, MCSE, Azure and/or AWS certification preferred.
        • Technical skills in Microsoft Server OS, Networking, and PowerShell Scripting.
