If you want to build the future of healthcare, we'd love for you to join us. The Role We're looking for an experienced IT / System Administrator to serve as Angle Health's dedicated tech wizard. You will be the go-to person for managing our internal IT systems and devices, and supporting the team with any of their internal software or hardware needs. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our employees have seamless access to the tools, equipment, and support they need to be productive. This is a full-time contract position, with the potential for long-term employment. Core Responsibilities
  • Point of Contact for IT Issues: Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and troubleshooting for employees.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding Support: Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, permissions setup, and equipment provisioning/retrieval.
  • Device Management: Manage company laptops, mobile devices, and other equipment, including tracking, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Access Management: Administer user access to various tools and systems such as Google Workspace, Rippling, Zoom, Slack, and other platforms. Ensure proper permissions are granted and updated as needed.
  • Network & System Administration: Maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and security protocols.
  • SSO & SAML Intetrations: Implement and maintain SSO and SAML integrations.
  • Information Security: Work with our Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) to develop and monitor IT and information security policies and platforms to ensure compliance and data security.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for services like IT security, managed IT services, or other support as needed.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
  • Tool & System Optimization: Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of our IT tools and systems, making recommendations for enhancements when necessary.
What We Value (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or similar field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience at a high-growth startup.
  • Experience managing Google Workspace/G Suite, AWS, Slack, Zoom, and other relevant platforms.
  • Experience building and implementing SSO and SAML integrations across a variety of applications and software products.
  • Strong knowledge of device management, security best practices, data privacy, and network security and administration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage multiple IT-related tasks.
  • Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes, including account creation, hardware setup, and access management.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
  • Experience maintaining HIPAA and SOC2 Type 1 and Type 2 compliance and driving successful audits.
  • Experience being the sole IT administrator at a high growth startup.
The salary range for this job opportunity is $80,000 to $140,000 per year, which is the amount Angle Health anticipates paying for this position at the time of this job posting. The actual base salary offered may differ and will depend on various factors such as geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as internal equity. For a more senior-level candidate with a broader range of responsibilities, rates could go higher. Because We Value You:
