About Artiva: Artiva is clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing natural killer (NK) cell-based therapies for patients suffering from devastating autoimmune diseases and cancers. Job Summary: The IT Systems Analyst will report directly into the Director of Information Technology to support existing technologies and assist with rolling out new platforms and applications in a fast-paced environment. This position requires experience working in a biopharma manufacturing environment with complex lab instrumentation system configurations, data acquisition and data management, along with supporting day-to-day IT needs and business systems for all the functional groups within the organization. Experience with operating in a GxP compliant environment is highly desirable. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work directly with IT management and the business to support computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client servers), software, hardware, technologies and tools.
- Provide system support and analysis for Finance, Legal and HR systems (NetSuite, Concur, DocuSign, Bamboo).
- Understands laboratory benchtop systems, instrument control, data acquisition, data integrity, and vendor management in a GxP regulated environment.
- Support quality management systems, regulatory, clinical, and manufacturing systems with solid understanding of GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
- Day-to-day user helpdesk / deskside assistance, executive committee support, meeting / AV conference room technology training, and support escalations with a strong customer service focus.
- New hire onboarding, accounts administration / provisioning, off-boarding, Microsoft 365 sysadmin, OKTA, VPN, 2FA, create IT user guides & documentation of processes.
- Solid understanding of Networks, switches, routers, WiFis, VLANs, VMWare / vSphere, firewalls, system security patching, and security monitoring.
- Systems and Data backup support / monitoring to ensure safe, secure data restoration capabilities from a disaster recovery perspective.
- Hardware inventory management, procurement, understanding of ordering, and maintaining an accurate count of IT assets to ensure an appropriate level of warranty coverage is in place.
Requirements:
- BS/BA in Information Technology or related field or equivalent hands-on work experience.
- Ability to work as a part of a team and/or alone, excellent communication skills with a proactive approach vs. reactive.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
