Job Description:
DescriptionOn Site Position in Schofield, WI. Summary: The IT Systems Analyst will align technology with business strategies to optimize productivity and communication. They will collaborate closely with individuals at all levels throughout the organization. They will be responsible for user support and enablement, support requests, and requirements gathering related to Wausau Supply's system platforms such as ERP, UiPath Automation, and Interform Document Management. The IT Systems Analyst will work closely with other application analysts, vendor partners, and developers to design, develop, and implement technology solutions to meet business requirements.Duties to include, (but not limited to):
  • Provide guidance, technical subject matter expertise and best practices for systems such as ERP, CRM, UiPath Automation, and Interform Document Management. .
  • Ensure that projects are appropriately scoped and meet business objectives with a high degree of quality.
  • Design and develop workflows, experience design applications, dashboards, and label/document solutions.
  • Translate non-technical requirements into technical specifications.
  • Apply project management techniques to ensure efficient implementation of projects and solutions.
  • Provide occasional after-hours support on an as-needed basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
An ERP Systems Analyst will possess and/or demonstrate the ability to:
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to create detailed requirement documentation.
  • Independently manage time, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Education / Experience:
  • 2 years of related experience or 5 years of experience in one or more of the following industries: manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and building materials, along with an associate or bachelor's degree.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, system integrations and databases.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Working Demands / Physical Requirements:
  • General office conditions with continuous sitting with heavy computer usage
  • Make observations of system usage in a live production and distribution environment
  • Occasional short-term out-of-town travel for projects or educational purposes
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
