Insight Global is seeking an IT Systems Coordinator to join their Healthcare client in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This individual will be responsible for helping with user access, gathering information relevant to submitted tickets, running end of month processes, maintaining report writing functions to meet end user needs, ensuring the effective production of reports according to approved projects and budget, and aligning with the team's strategic plan. Additionally, the role requires working with vendors within the approved budget to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The job requires technical experience and familiarity with information systems and the ability to produce effective reports according to approved projects. Additionally, experience in managing and maintaining reporting functions to meet end user needs is crucial. - Associates degree in computer-related field - Experience supporting IT at a clinical organization - Experience with IDX GPMS- Experience running reports and interpreting data in Excel or Google Sheets - 2+ Years of experience in a computer- related field - Experience working with Group Practice Management Systems (GPMS) Software - Ability to communicate effectively and train other teams members when required
