Our industry leading products, services, and software support private health plans, hospital systems, and state Medicaid and Medicare members.About the Role The IT Technical Support Representative facilitates the operation of Finity IT equipment. This role works under the guidance of Finity's Network Engineer and in partnership with the rest of the IT team to assist in day-to-day technical tasks and general staff support for the company. This role is primarily remote, yet will be asked to assist onsite occasionally in one of Finity's two Portland locations and to provide equipment transport services. We anticipate 80% remote and 20% onsite in this role. The successful candidate will:
- Process help desk requests
- Track and log IT incidents
- Monitor and resolve automated system alerts
- Configure and install new IT equipment
- Manage file servers, domain controllers, and directory services (Active Directory and Entra/Azure AD)
- Manage firewalls and network equipment
- Manage server and workstations backups
- Test and deploy weekly patch updates
- Manage email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Manage IT projects and performs ongoing IT maintenance work
- Manage employee access rights
- Manage and updates IT documentation

- Familiarity with common IT systems and software, Windows and macOS
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Detail oriented and time efficient
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to use computer/monitor throughout the course of the work day
- High-speed internet connection required (at least 50 mbps)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation within Portland Metro area.
Preferred Qualifications, Licensure, and education:
- Previous experience working with sensitive information in a high-security environment.
- AAS of Computer Information Systems
- SonicWall Certification
- CompTIA A+ /Network+/Security+ Certification
- Any Microsoft or Apple certification.
Salary Description $21.63 - $26.44 per hour DOE
