As an IT Technician, you will gain hands-on experience in the IT field. This is an entry-level position where you will receive training from knowledgeable professionals, work closely with a mentor, and contribute to meaningful projects alongside senior leadership. Essential Functions (with or without reasonable accommodation) : - Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, networks, and other systems. - Provide deskside and remote technical support for end users. - Organize and maintain IT resources, assets, and documentation. - Perform various tasks while adhering to safety protocols, which may include lifting heavy objects, remaining at a workstation for extended periods, standing, stretching, walking, climbing, and bending in potentially challenging conditions. Visual tasks, such as spotting backups, and the ability to hear and respond to backup alarms are also required.
