We are looking for an IT Technician motivated to help in the information and technology operation of our organization with growth opportunities. IT Technician responsibilities Install and configure software and hardware components of computer and network systems. Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot system and network issues. Perform diagnostic tests and maintenance procedures. Manage data backup and system security operations (e.g., user authorization, firewalls). Update technical documentation to reflect changes in system configurations and settings. collaborate with other IT personnel to uphold company operations by installing, repairing and updating computer software or hardware for employees. IT Technician qualifications Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role. Familiarity with internet security and data privacy principles. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience. 1 to 3 Years of experience. IT Technician skills Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Managing multiple tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Resident of Santa Cruz AZ County. Be familiar with Windows VM Infrastructure IP Phones Putty Access Point and Network Switches. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
