Job Type Full-time Description Hoyle Tanner is seeking an IT Technician to join our team. This position is based out of our Manchester, NH office. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing support to our IT department and assisting with various tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field. - Monitor IT Servers and Systems
- Directly support end-users and assist with IT department upgrades
- Install/ upgrade applications and software systems as required
- Provide resolution of low-level tech problems (i.e. printer jams, loose cabling, etc.)
- Provide accurate reporting and description of unresolved issues to the IT Manager
- Conduct preventative maintenance and resolve employees' technology issues
- Maintain an accurate technology inventory
- Participate in periodic in-house training programs provided by the IT Manager
- Setup new users
- Perform other duties as directed by the IT Manager
Requirements Qualified Candidates will have:
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant IT experience
- Experience using Azure
