Provides technical support on IT applications & hardware, day-to-day maintenance of LAN, WAN, data networks and voice communications. Perform any other duties as required by supervisor. Job Requirements Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent (Preferred) Required Skills Personal Attributes Strong understanding of the organization's goals and objectives. Good written and oral communication skills; good interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct research into enterprise systems issues and products as required.
