The IT Technician is responsible for providing administration and support for all property operation's hardware and software, including setup of new hardware, install and troubleshoot company approved software, and provide quality customers service to end users through problem resolution and process demonstration.Essential Functions
- Responsible for timely and complete communications between corporate IT team and all property IT staff.
- Maintains and supports all property-wide user-based computer applications, upgrades, security. This includes, but is not limited to, gaming, hotel, point of sale, etc.
- Ensures computing systems are operating in compliance with the regulatory environments.
- Captures, deploys standardized workstation configurations and maintains PC s to current configuration levels.
- Provides support to users in system and software administration and usage.
- Communicate and coordinates maintenance schedule, backups, and downtime to users.
- Creates and maintains technical documentation
- Additional duties as assigned.
Must be able to obtain gaming license(s) in jurisdictions where required
