What is the position?
The IT Tester will be responsible for developing processes, testing procedures, and implementing systems to ensure that products meet requirements and client needs. They will manage, develop, and maintain IT systems from the initial concept through development, ensuring quality standards are met without issues.
What will you do?
As an IT Tester, you will:
- Develop and maintain test suites across application platforms.
- Collaborate with teams to improve product efficiency and mitigate risk.
- Analyze defects, implement preventive measures, and reduce failures.
- Ensure quality documentation and compliance with audit processes.
- Contribute to the automated test suite with a focus on maximizing value.
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Assurance
- Bilingual Spanish (es-MX preferred)
- Conversational IVR testing experience (text-to-speech, audio quality, prompt tone/emotion/grammar)
- Expertise in testing infrastructure, Cloud Technologies (AWS, APIs), and DevSecOps
- Advanced experience with Gherkin/BDD and API testing
- Experience with SDLC (waterfall, agile, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting, coding, and data modeling skills
