Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT White Glove Support Specialist to provide top-tier technical support at our NYC office, where our senior executives are based. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, personalized IT support to the CEO and senior executives.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
* Set up and configure devices, including laptops, mobile phones, and tablets.
* Ensure seamless operation of video conferencing and presentation systems.
* Manage and support office IT infrastructure, including printers, network devices, and security systems.
* Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions.
* Collaborate with the broader IT team to implement and support new technologies.
* Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a white glove support role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
* Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, and other productivity tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
