Job Description:

The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed - our digital investing platform. The combined business has ~$600 billion in Assets Under Management and ~5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices.

As the Sr. Associate, **Advisor Milestone Coordinator** you will be a detail-oriented and organized professional with extensive experience in reporting, project management, and analytics. You will excel in creating comprehensive reporting packages and maintaining analytic partnerships to create organizational success.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Maintain monthly program analytics in partnership with the Finance department to support strategic decision-making.

+ Deliver monthly roll-up of program trends to provide insights into performance and growth opportunities.

+ Track delivery of region and division updates to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization.

+ Create and manage the schedule of monthly assessment activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

+ Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure their participation and readiness for milestone panels

+ Organize and compile milestone results and manage quality control process

+ Track participant progress on assessment activities, providing support and guidance as needed.

+ Distribute all outbound assessment communications to ensure participants are informed and engaged.

+ Consolidate and distribute the monthly assessment scorecard to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**

+ Bachelors Degree Required

+ 3+ years of broad business experience,

+ 1+ years of experience in program, product or project management experience

+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams)

+ Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

+ Exceptional attention to detail

+ Ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions based on program priorities

+ Proven leadership experience and ability to effectively partner with others

+ Exceptional written skills and strong executive communications experience

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**

+ Wealth management industry experience Preferred
