Your Role on Our Team: The Assembler 1 is responsible for assembling quality toolsand/or work on production equipment not automated such as RF Sealer, skin card sealer according to product specifications. Assist the production areas in various tasks including sorting, counting, 5S activities, replenishing supplies, organizing stock, and assignments. May serve as a backup to other positions at the direction of management; other duties as assigned.
You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: - Perform work within takt/cycle time (40%)
- Perform work per work instructions (40%)
- Operate tools, presses, and equipment properly (40%)
- Fully operate one assembly element (if applicable) (40%)
- Work on non-automated equipment such as RF Sealer and other kitting functions (30%)
- Train others in all areas (30%)
- Inform proper personnel of material shortage (20%)
- Scrap out parts and complete scrap ticket (20%)
- Maintain production pace and standards (10%)
- Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area (5%)
- Practice and maintain 5Ss (5%)
