Follow instructions and established procedures in performing all around heavy cleaning work in offices, classrooms, public areas and restrooms. Education and Experience The ability to read, write and follow instructions is required. Skills and Knowledge May be required to shovel snow in winter Responsibilities Sweep, vacuum and wet mop floors. Wash walls, light fixtures, blackboards and windows. Collect trash and remove to dumpster. Move furniture. Obtain and replenish cleaning supplies, paper, products, etc. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Tools/ Equipment Operate a variety of equipment including vacuum cleaner, floor buffer, spray tank, autoscrubbers, etc. Use broom, dust mop, wet mop, etc. Work from stepladders....Janitor, Property Management, Education
