Who You Are:
We are seeking candidates who are customer service oriented and take great pride in serving others in a caring and professional manner. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and aesthetically comfortable environment. Responsible for major floor care projects, cleanliness and maintenance of hard surface floors and carpets.
Responsibilities:
Performs general janitorial duties in apartments and commons areas as directed by the Director of EVS.
Maintains floors and carpets within the Independent Living.
Responsible for picking up and removal of trash from assigned areas.
Follows cleaning and deep cleaning schedules and performs annual cleanings as a part of the weekly cleaning schedule.
Attends to emergencies while following safety procedures.
Responsible for work orders for scheduled functions, ie; tables and chairs.
Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the Director of EVS.
