**Responsibilities**

* Maintains floors (buffing), light fixtures, elevator interiors, trash and recycling.

* Sets up rooms for activities, meetings, and other functions.

* Cleans and maintains common areas.

* Assists with fire drills/evacuations in case of emergency.

**Requirements**

* High school diploma

* One year previous experience
