Position Name: Janitor Location: Greenville Texas 75402 Duration: 3 Months Pay Rate: BR/hr Shift: (6.00am to 4.30pm) MON -THUJob Description Perform janitorial duties in the plant and in the offices to include cleaning multiple bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, cleaning tables and chairs, cleaning break room, empty trash and recyclables, restock supplies, etc. Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, lift up to 50lbs, be around cleaning supplies. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Service, clean and/or supply restrooms. Gather and empty trash. Perform janitorial duties in the plant and in the offices to include cleaning multiple bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, cleaning tables and chairs, cleaning break room, empty trash and recyclables, restock supplies, etc. Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, lift up to 50lbs, be around cleaning supplies. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Service, clean and/or supply restrooms.• Gather and empty trash.• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.• Clean appliances located in break rooms, including microwaves and refrigerators.• Help clean up after employee meals and events.• Help maintain cleanliness of parking lot areas by picking up small trash and debris.• Sweep outdoor smoking section on a regular basis.• Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours or checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.• Other duties, as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE• Previous work-related skill, knowledge or experience is required.• Must have good communication skills.• Must have good attendance and safety records.• Must demonstrate solid teamwork abilities.Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
