Position Overview:Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. is in search of a Full Time Janitor for one of our customers at a facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. The successful candidates will maintain the facility in a clean and orderly condition by performing routine maintenance functions. We are looking to fill this position with candidates that are detail and service oriented.
$21.77 HourlySchedule: Monday - Friday 10pm-6:30amDuties:
- Clean and service restrooms
- Clean, sweep, scrub and buff floors
- Dust and empty trash containers
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and toiletry supplies
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Clean and sanitize equipment
- Cleans common area space and waiting areas in facility
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year janitorial experience
- High School Diploma or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.
- Must be a self starter, punctual and reliable person willing to be a team player at all times.
- Nationwide background check
- Drug Screening
- Lifting of heavy supplies and materials.
- Experience operating large motorized housekeeping equipment a Plus!
- Stripping and waxing floors experience a Plus!
