**SUMMARY**
Global Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation is seeking a qualified Janitor for the cleaning of a high profile Federal Government Facility in Nevada.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
* Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning windows
* Polishing and detailing brass and stainless steel
* Various floor work to include stripping and waxing, buffing, and sealing floors
**QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION**
*To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. **Required (Minimum) Qualifications**
* I year of previous janitorial and/or housekeeping experience
* The ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance and to pass a pre-employment drug screening is required
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics**
* The ability to provide excellent janitorial and/or housekeeping services
* The ability to be able to effectively communicate and work with a variety of people including, but not limited to, the public, government employees, and other contractors as needed.
**Preferred**
* Knowledge in floor work such as stripping and waxing, sealing different types of flooring, and operating floor machinery

**ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS**
As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
