Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. is in search of a Janitor for one of our customers at a facility in Cleveland,OH. The successful candidates will maintain buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing routine maintenance functions. We are looking to fill this position with experienced candidates that are detail and service oriented. The position is PT Thursday to Saturday from 9am to 11am. The address is 5375 Avion Park Dr. Cleveland,OH.

Duties:

• Clean and service restrooms.
• Clean, sweep, scrub, buff floors
• Dust and empty trash containers
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies
• Other duties as assigned
• Clean and sanitize equipment
• Cleans common area space and waiting areas in facility

Hourly rate: $22.13 !

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year janitorial experience!
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a self starter, punctual and reliable person willing to be a team player at all times.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass background check requiring fingerprinting.
• Lifting of heavy supplies and materials.
• Experience operating large motorized housekeeping equipment
• Stripping and waxing floors experience preferred
