Janitor Essential job functions include but are not limited to:Maintains floors and carpets within the communityPicks up and removes trash from the communitySets up and breaks down for meetings and functions as needed for weekly scheduled eventsMaintains equipment and suppliesAttends in-service training sessions as requiredFollows approved infection control proceduresMaintains resident confidentiality at all timesCleans windows inside and out as needed with Squeegees, Garden Hose, and Pressure washers as needed.Is considered essential personnel before, during, and after an emergencyJob requires working weekends and Holidays
