Job Description: Pay Range: $12hr - $17hr Responsibilities:
- Regularly cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas.
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas of the facility.
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste in a sanitary manner.
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to replacing light bulbs and unclogging toilets.
- Ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stored safely and are used in the correct amounts.
- Monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.
- ssisting with setup and teardown for events or meetings.
- Ensuring exterior areas such as walkways and parking lots are kept clean and free of debris.
- Complying with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma.
- Previous janitorial or cleaning service experience.

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and maintain schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to providing high-quality work.
