We are currently searching for a Part time Janitor to work at Freedom Springs in Denver, CO. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Cleans and maintains the appearance of all common areas (public access areas) including the office, laundry rooms, party room and exercise room.
  • General upkeep of the property and shares responsibility for its appearance and safety.
  • Janitor shares responsibility for picking up trash from the grounds and the exterior image, which includes cleaning of the driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, or any other public areas; snow removal; and pool cleaning.
  • Maintain daily inventory on all housekeeping supplies and communicate them to Manager.
  • Notify Manager of any physical or aesthetic problems recognized. Ensure all lights have a bulb and work properly.
  • Must be able to work well with others as a team and take direction from supervisor but have the initiative to work independently.
  • A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
