This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and complete all assignments to ServiceMaster standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of cleaning principles and team supervision abilities. ResponsibilitiesHands-On Working Supervisor PositionTraining cleaners on ServiceMaster's standards, products, processes and proceduresClean assigned building including warehouse by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming them. Gather and empty trash. Service, clean, and supply restrooms. Clean and polish furnitureOversees staff performance and ensures all assignments are completed in accordance to set task scheduleRespond to customer complaints and request in a timely and caring mannerEnsure compliance with safety and OSHA regulationsClean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.Gather and empty trash.Service, clean, and supply restrooms.Clean and polish furniture and fixturesClean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipmentMix water and products in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specificationsThis is Warehouse/Office Building Cleaning Location where lifting heavy objects is requiredMust Pass Background Check**This position is in the Jonesboro, Blytheville and the surrounding areas.** Education: It is preferred that the Custodian have training in the custodial field.Experience: A minimum of 5 yrs experience in the custodial field required. Knowledge of proper cleaning methods required.3 years' supervisor or Team Lead experienceUse proper PPE where requiredEffective oral and written communication skills commensurate with the responsibilities of the position are required.Schedule: Full-Time and flexible.
