: Job Details :

Job DescriptionTo clean and maintain common areas, lavatories, etc., in a power plant environment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Clean all office areas, common areas, and bathrooms in a power plant environment

Empties all trash containers daily.

Sweep all carpet daily.

Wet mop hard flooring daily.

Cleans benches and floors.

Cleans restrooms and showers.

Performs other duties as directed.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with shoveling snow and salt the sidewalks around building.

Adhere to a cleaning schedule for all floors and glass.

Use slippery floor hazard signs when needed.

Required ExperienceQUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Some High School Education acceptable.

Ability to work in a highly detailed and safe manner.

Ability to operate forklift and floor cleaning equipment.

Ability to safely use certain cleaning chemicals.

Ability to read and understand labels and written and verbal directions.
