Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring that the premises are safe and sanitary for all occupants.Duties- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and stairways- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies inventoryExperience- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks- Ability to work independently and efficiently- Experience in residential painting is a plusIf you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for cleanliness and maintenance, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding Janitor position.Job Type: Full-timePay: $13.00 per hour
