Shipping

• Log inbound and outbound drivers.
• Verify shipping orders daily.
• Assist in enforcing QA and warehouse rules for temperature verifications and pre-cooling requirements.
• Release product to fill orders.
• Verify quantities logged, matching the pick list and bill of lading for the orders being shipped.
• Adjust loads as needed.
• Verify bills of lading, export documents, and pick lists for accuracy.

• Print PO's and all related paperwork from Canopy.
• Investigate discrepancies with assistance from warehousemen, leads, and supervisors.
• Process and record all receiving paperwork.

• Check in drivers and inspect delivery vehicles.
• Communicate in a professional manner to answer phone calls, emails, and interact with all internal departments, outside suppliers, and vendors.
• Stock office with supplies and replenish operation forms as needed.
• All other relevant duties as assigned.

• Excellent organizationals skill with attention to detail required.
• Excellent communication skills. (Bi-lingual skills preferred.)
• Ability to work weekends.
