JANITORIAL SERVICES SALES MANAGER
Annual base salary of $55,000 - $65,000, plus commission; and monthly car & gas allowance.

- Strong communication skills including verbal, written, texting, and emails, able to negotiate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and creativity to develop new business processes and improve current procedures
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field
- 3-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in facilities support and/or janitorial services industry
- Strong knowledge of cleaning services, products, and industry standards
- In-depth understanding of the sales administrative process and proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Adobe PDF
- Must have reliable transportation, clean driving record, and valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a criminal background
- Physically capable of walking up to 3 miles
- Physically capable of bending, stooping, and reaching up

RESPONSIBILITIES
- This is a standard Monday to Friday role, but may require the Sales Manager to work outside of regular business hours to meet with clients and conduct sales-related visits and appointments
- Responsible for promoting and selling janitorial cleaning services and related facility services to commercial clients in the metro-Atlanta area and surrounding rural counties
- Identify potential customers and source new clients through cold calling, email, and networking in various sectors (commercial, industrial) to identify new sales opportunities and expand our customer base
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present janitorial services and related facility support services, including the development and presentation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Develop and negotiate pricing schedules, contracts, standard operating procedures, and service agreements with clients to close deals
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that cleaning services are delivered according to client specifications and to identify upselling opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration and customer relationship management processes, as well as assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote cleaning services
- Serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners, maintaining professionalism and high levels of customer service
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads
