Java Developer (with Angular & AWS) Location: Jersey City, New Jersey (Hybrid) Candidate Preference: Tri-state area Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with expertise in Angular and AWS to join our team. This role will involve developing and managing web applications using Java and Angular, ensuring they are cloud-ready for deployment on AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java microservices architecture and experience building modern, user-friendly interfaces. Required Qualifications:
- Formal Training/Certification: In software engineering concepts, coupled with 5+ years of practical experience.
- Hands-on Experience: In system design, application development, testing, and maintaining operational stability.
- Java Proficiency: Expertise in developing and managing web applications using Java.
- Cloud Experience: Experience building cloud-ready applications for AWS, Azure, or other industry-standard cloud platforms.
- Microservices Architecture: Skillful in developing Java microservices applications with Hibernate/JPA for data access.
- Front-End Development: Proficient in building UI applications with Angular or React.
- Software Development Lifecycle Understanding: Knowledge of business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based web applications.
- Implement and manage microservices architecture using Java and Hibernate/JPA.
