Job Role: Java Full Stack Engineer Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid) Duration: Full Time / Contract Job Description: - Experience - 12+Yrs of Overall IT Experience
- Must have strong technical and development skills.
- Strong experience in either Java or C#, both will be a plus.
- Must have strong UNIX/LINUX skills
- Must be analytical and have excellent troubleshooting skills
- Must experience in front-to-back trade reporting and reconciliation support.
- Must have strong Equity Derivative Trading systems and exchange connectivity experience
- Must have experience leading teams to implement large scale applications with high reliability and secure communications to other platforms.
- Experience with platform and application modernization is a plus.
- Experience of using either Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (Mongo)
- Strong vendor system knowledge (Sophis) is a plus
- SQL / DB - hands-on experience
- Good communication skills, Must be able to interact and work well with traders, back office personnel, vendors, futures business, other IT teams and Clients
