  • Client is looking for an Electrical Project Manager to support the construction of the new ground up Semi truck manufacturing facility that requires exceptional talent.   • What You'll Do
  • Develop and manage a high performing team to plan, execute and turn over an Electrical systems
  • Develop funding requests for new projects
  • Perform constructability reviews during design development to ensure engineering documents meet project needs
  • Quickly respond to queries and drive timely technical resolutions
  • Work with the Procurement team to create biddable work packages and verify contractor proposals against cost/schedule estimates
  • Interface with engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams
  • Ensure an elevated level of quality and safety is maintained during field execution
  • Develop execution plans to ensure cost and schedule expectations are achieved
  • Specific proven expertise and experience in the areas of: Main Power Distribution; Electrical Underground; Substations; Sizing Conductors and Conduit and Layouts/Routings for maximum efficiency and minimized cost; Lighting; Building Management Systems
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree (MS preferred) or related 10+ years field experience
  • Experience managing Electrical work
  • Extensive knowledge of the NEC and UL testing requirements
  • Ability to develop a cost loaded schedule and track performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite products, Bluebeam and PlanGrid
  • Willingness to spend a high percentage of time in the field to ensure project objectives are being met
  • Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals
  • Experience as a Project or Construction Manager
