Our client, a Software Development & Consulting firm is looking for a qualified Lead Java Developer - Investment Banking (TS05) for a top-tier US Brokerage Firm. Essential Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage development initiatives specifically for Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) within the organization.
- Enhance access control mechanisms for the IPRIN system, ensuring secure and efficient processes.
- Apply advanced Java programming skills to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Work on system integration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring robust and scalable applications.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of Equity and Debt capital markets deal processes to develop effective solutions tailored to the needs of the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Implement and manage SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) integration for authentication flows, ensuring secure and seamless user authentication.
Essential Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java.
- Proven experience in Investment Banking, particularly with Equity and Debt capital markets.
- In-depth understanding of access control systems and authentication methods, particularly SAML.
- Familiarity with IPREO capital markets products and their application in the financial sector.
Preferred Skills :
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirements in global transaction banking.
- Experience with other capital markets platforms and financial services software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
