Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Master s is a plus
- 3+ years of experience with developing distributed systems in a UNIX/Linux environment
- 3+ years programming experience with Java, Python or JavaScript
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, multithreading and design patterns
- Strong object-oriented analysis, design and coding skills
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with or exposure to the Hadoop Ecosystem including HDFS, MapReduce, HBase, Hive and Pig
