Job Title: Java Tech LeadApply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below.Location: New York, NYResponsibilities:Lead a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high standard of coding practices.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.Requirements:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Java Developer, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.Strong knowledge of Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
