How you make a difference:The Program Director role entails overseeing the Jail Based Competency Treatment (JBCT) program and reporting to higher licensed health professionals. The ideal candidate would be a licensed, masters prepared clinician, a licensed Psychologist, or a Registered Psychological Assistant. In this role, the Program Director will provide staff supervision, manage stakeholder communication, monitor program outcomes and success, and maintain policy and procedure adherence for the JBCT program.
Key Responsibilities:Ensure program compliance with DSH and Policy & Procedure Manual and conduct monthly audits to guarantee compliance. Act as the primary liaison with JBCT partners and foster supportive relationships with the Sheriff's Office team. Provide leadership to the Treatment Team, review patient Treatment Plans, and ensure sound delivery of clinical treatment. Document all findings in inmate records and coordinate IMO/ALJ processes as needed. Assist with job shadowing, orientation, and training of new employees and provide clinical support to staff as needed.
