JD Edwards Manufacturing Techno Functional Consultant

Our client in Central Pennsylvania is seeking a JD Edwards Manufacturing Techno Functional Consultant for a period of 4 to 6 months, with potential for part time work for the future. The Consultant will work with the Head of IT, Systems Integrator, and the business to assist in the migration from JD Edwards World v. 9.4 to the current version of JD Edwards E1 for Manufacturing, Inventory, and Purchasing. The Consultant will be responsible for, but not limited to: liaising with the business and Systems Integrator; RPG programming; data cleansing, staging, and migration; testing; and other tasks as assigned / required for the migration. To be considered you must have:

• Experience with upgrading JD Edwards World to E1 for a combination of Manufacturing, Inventory, and / or Purchasing
• Understanding of Process Manufacturing, BOMs, Work Orders, Labor Costs, etc
• Solid technical experience with RPG, data, and databases
• Ability to work within current legacy database and extract and stage files for the conversion and migration
• Solid verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with key stakeholders, project team members, and users to solicit requirements, perform UAT, and during go live and post production support
