Company DescriptionSummary:ITWGB is seeking an experienced and highly skilled JD Edwards (JDE) technical professional to help elevate our JDE E1 9.2 environment. This role will be responsible for all aspects of JDE support including, but not limited to, support and maintenance of our JDE E1 instance, introducing Orchestrator into our environment for automation, JDE versions, UBEs, UDOs, etc. This role requires deep, technical expertise in JDE development architecture, and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical support for JDE applications, troubleshoot issues, and work with IT teams to resolve system problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Design, develop, and implement orchestrations within JDE EnterpriseOne to streamline and automate business processes. Ensure orchestrations are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Work on integrating JDE with other systems using orchestrations, APIs, and other integration tools. Ensure seamless data flow between JDE and other applications.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Stay current with JDE updates, best practices, and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
  • Conduct technical analysis and design sessions to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for orchestrations. Develop technical documentation and design artifacts.
  • Collaborate with functional analysts, business users, and other IT team members to ensure successful project delivery. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide technical insights.
  • Provide technical assistance for business activities such as annual physical inventory and cost roll.
  • Manage or coordinate project timelines and deliverables as needed, ensuring successful implementation of technical solutions and meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Prepare documentation and end user training as required.
  • Maintain effective communication with the user community.
  • Support integration testing of enterprise systems and post implementation validation.
  • Assist with implementing ReportsNow and AllOut Security to provide insights into business performance, system usage and enhance security.
  • Provide training and mentorship to other team members on JDE orchestrations and related technologies. Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning activities.
  • Additional related duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequirements:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
  • Strong experience implementing and managing Orchestrator, JDE tools and technologies, including E1 pages, UDOs.
  • Experience with BI Publisher, FormScape, ReportsNow and AllOut Security.
  • Proficiency in SQL, XML/JSON, BSSV, and RESTful API development, is a plus.
  • Highly organized individual with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ability to manage multiple, high-impact projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience providing end user support and training.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Can be based out of one of the following office locations: Houston, TX; Solon, OH; Lakeland, FL; or San Luis Obispo, CA. A U.S.-based remote work environment may be considered for this position.
  • Able to work core business hours Eastern time zone.
  • 10% - 15% travel may be required
