Celebrating curiosity and innovation are the cornerstones of Bucherer's jewelry philosophy.The Jewelry Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and brand awareness of Bucherer Fine Jewellery. This position involves training sales associates as well as creating and executing events, ensuring the effective execution of marketing initiatives, and providing ongoing motivation and support to the sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for jewelry, and a proven track record in sales and brand management.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES1. Business Growth:•Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.•Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.•Find right cooperations, partnerships and event formats to ensure brand awareness2. Training of Sales Advisors:•Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products, brand, sales techniques, and customer service standards.•Facilitate ongoing training sessions to keep the team updated on new product launches and best practices.3. Onboarding:•Oversee the onboarding process within jewelry for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and sales practices.•Provide new hires with the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.4. Event Creation and Execution:•Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, product launches, and brand activations to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.•Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling event presentations and materials.•Prepare and deliver presentations on events about brand and product•Capture and share insights from events to inform future initiatives.6. Securing the Right Execution of Marketing Assets:•Ensure that all marketing materials and brand assets are executed correctly in-store and across promotional channels.•Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency and integrity.7. Knowledge Transfer:•Facilitate knowledge sharing among team members to enhance overall sales performance and customer service.•Create resources and tools that support staff in their sales effortsSALARY RANGE: $90,000 - $100,000We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
