Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and passionate Jewelry Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a high-end retail environment, providing exceptional customer service while selling exquisite jewelry, watches and colored fashion jewelry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in watch sales and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each customer's unique needs and desires are met. This is a full-time position that requires a commitment to excellence, a love for luxury goods, and a desire to create memorable shopping experiences for our clientele.Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service by building and maintaining client relationships, following up on satisfaction and recognizing customer needs.2. Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.3. Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services to build sales and minimize returns.5. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.6. Participate in ongoing training regarding product knowledge and sales techniques.7. Handle all transactions efficiently and accurately, including sales, exchanges and refunds.8. Participate in store events, including promotional activities and special events.9. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Qualifications:1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in jewelry sales or a similar role in the luxury retail sector.2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.4. Familiarity with inventory procedures and basic retail management practices.5. Ability to work 10-5, five days a week including every Saturday with Sundays + one weekday off. Consistent schedule.6. High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.7. Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.8. High school diploma or equivalent required9.
