Job Summary:The Jimmy John's Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring customer satisfaction. This full-time position is located in EULESS. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry and a passion for providing exceptional service. This is an individual contributor role, and the manager will be responsible for managing a team of employees.Compensation & Benefits:The compensation for this position is $60000 to $70000 per year, paid weekly. The selected candidate will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.Responsibilities:•Oversee day-to-day operations of the Jimmy John's restaurant, including managing staff, handling customer complaints, and ensuring food and service quality.•Train and supervise the restaurant staff, including hiring, scheduling, and enforcing company policies and procedures.•Monitor inventory levels and order supplies accordingly.•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, following health and safety regulations.•Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.•Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.•Prepare reports on sales, employee performance, and other relevant metrics.•Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement operational strategies.•Handle administrative tasks, such as payroll, budgeting, and scheduling.•Handle any other duties as assigned by the General Manager.Requirements:•At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, with previous management experience preferred.•Excellent leadership and communication skills.•Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.•Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.•Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.•Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and holidays.•Must have reliable transportation.EEOC Statement:Aradi Properties is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
