Job Title: Jira Systems AdministratorJob ID: 2023-12163Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA with monthly travel to Whippany, NJKey Technology: Jira, Jquery, Application Systems Analysis, Full Software Development Life Cycle, Application Software MaintenanceJob Responsibilities:Support, maintain, and extend our Atlassian suite.Implement processes, integrate Atlassian products with other internal applications, and drive efficiencies.Maintain JIRA, workflows, permissions, and support users.Perform application and system administration tasks, ensuring compatibility of new versions and plugins.Research and utilize industry-standard methods and techniques; set access permissions for JIRA projects and Confluence spaces.Work with JIRA filters, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and custom fields.Communicate and share knowledge with internal and external contacts at all levels.Manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines.Perform basic Linux and Windows Server administration tasks.Skills and Experience Required:3+ years' experience as JIRA Administrator supporting a 100+ member development team.Expertise in administering the Atlassian product suite, with a focus on JIRA.Working knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.Expert-level knowledge of Atlassian tools, particularly JIRA and Confluence.Ability to write custom JQL (Jira Query Language).Ability to construct custom dashboards and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages.Experience in performing Atlassian installations, migrations, and plugin installation.Develop and maintain complex workflows aligned with standard processes for continuous integration automation.Develop JIRA Templates and complex workflows including screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.Install and configure plugins.Required Skills:JiraJqueryApplication Systems AnalysisFull Software Development Life CycleApplication Software MaintenanceEducation:BA/BS desired but not required#J-18808-Ljbffr
