Salary:$50k-$75kJob Summary: Join our team as a Design Project Manager, where you will lead and manage our projects for production and custom builder accounts. Your role focuses on delivering high-quality residential design projects from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project excellence.Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our design team, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Direct a team of skilled CAD Technicians, guiding the creation of detailed architectural and engineering drawings utilizing leading software tools.
  • Conduct on-site and office-based meetings with clients, effectively communicating project progress and adjustments.
  • Prepare and manage project proposals, pricing, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Uphold the company's commitment to quality through regular reviews and quality control measures.
  • Contribute to team growth by mentoring junior staff and encouraging their professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of residential construction, including relevant codes and CAD technology.
  • Proven track record of managing residential design projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CAD software.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in CAD/Revit and project management.
