DescriptionThe Job Coach specializes in assisting participants with learning and gaining job skills. The Job Coach provides one-on-one job training tailored to the needs of the participant.The Job Coach is responsible for but not limited to the following:- Provide on-site job coaching for a designated caseload- Complete and ensure accurate and timely documentation of SAP plans, case notes, monthlies DDPS and other required information.- Act as a liaison between the person supported, family and employer.- Attend all staff meetings, Life Plans, conferences, and annual training requirements.- Ability to demonstrate patience, creative thinking, and exhibit great teamwork.- Provide overall assistance as assigned.Skills:- Strong communications both written and verbal- Detail oriented, multitasker.- Excellent time management skills- Strong computer skillsRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Valid Driver's LicenseExperience in working with individuals with special needs.Knowledge of OPWDD regulations is a plus.Salary Range - $42,000 - Depending on Full time or Part time position.Schedule - Full time and part time positions available
