Position: Job Cost Accountant (JCA)
Reports To: Owner
What does a JCA with Paul Davis do?
* Manage all phases of job costing within proprietary accounting software and QuickBooks accounting software
* Maintain all accounting, computer and financial records for franchise in conjunction with a CPA
* Monthly WIP adjustments
* Manage A/P, A/R
* Assist in audits and general ledger preparation
* Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements

Team Qualifications (Requirements):
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business with an emphasis in accounting, or related field
* 2-3 years of previous accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices and GAAP
* Accurate and precise attention to detail
* Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
* Manage all phases of job costing within proprietary accounting software and QuickBooks accounting software

* Review costs vs budget for subcontractors, vendors and materials
