The work includes:Developing content for websitesAnalyzing visitor patternsPhoto editingSocial media marketingEmail marketingLead managementStarting wages range from $18/hr for little to no experience to $30/hr with several years of experience. Bonus plans include a weekly $50 bonus for a 40-hour week, paid vacation, and participation in profit sharing. Thirty percent of company profit is made available to employees based on hours invested.E-Impact Marketing is owned by a member of the Beachy Amish community.
